The "Motor Stator and Rotor Core" project is a production increase project invested by Yuma Precision in 2021 to meet customer needs and market changes. It is located in Songjianhu New Material Industrial Park and covers a total area of about 5,000 square meters. The overall investment of the project is about 100 million yuan, nearly 30 high-speed punching presses, and automatic waste transportation lines. Through efficient integration and lean layout, it will be integrated into an ERP Cloud cloud system and WMS warehouse management system, Andon pull system and MES manufacturing. The intelligent manufacturing workshop, which integrates management systems and multi-dimensional cross-cooperation, is expected to increase annual sales of 200 million yuan after completion.
