Since its establishment in 2007, Yuma has always attached great importance to the growth of each employee, adhering to the people-oriented concept to achieve a win-win situation between the enterprise and employees.

 

In order to further strengthen the management ability of our on-site teams and create a team with the development of software management and hardware management, the company will hold a series of internal training courses from 2021 through the consensus and decision of the company's management.

 

At 9:00 a.m. on May 6, 2021, the opening ceremony of the training camp for improving the ability of front-line managers was officially launched in Yuma hall.

During the training, the atmosphere was warm, everyone participated actively, and the on-site discussion was warm. Finally, everyone had a vent channel to throw out all the problems encountered in their daily work, and the professional lecturers would answer them one by one.
