The iron core parts of motor stator and rotor adopt multi station progressive die, which has high precision, high efficiency and long service life. Automatic punching on high-speed punch is the specific application of modern stamping technology. The stamping process is that after the strip comes out of the coil, it is leveled by the leveling machine, and then fed by the active feeding device. After the strip enters the mold, the processes of blanking, forming, finishing, trimming, active lamination of iron core and so on can be completed. The main structure of the progressive die for stator and rotor core includes the following steps:

 

Motor stator and rotor

 

1. The motor stator and rotor mould adopts double guide structure, that is, the upper and lower mould bases are guided by more than four large spherical guide pillars, and each unloading equipment and upper and lower mould base are guided by four small guide pillars, so as to ensure the reliable guiding accuracy of the mould.

 

2. Considering the technology convenient for manufacturing, inspection, repair and assembly, more block structures and combined structures shall be selected for motor stator and rotor formwork;

 

3. The stator and rotor of the motor have the special structure of the progressive die of the motor core, such as the counting and separation equipment of the automatic lamination of the core (i.e. the drawing board structure equipment), as well as the common structure of the progressive die, such as the step guiding system, the unloading system (composed of the main body of the unloading board and the block unloading board), the guiding system and the safety system (false delivery detection equipment)

 

4. As the punch and die of the main parts of the progressive die are made of cemented carbide, considering the processing characteristics and material price, the motor stator and rotor punch adopts the fixed structure of pressing plate, and the die adopts the embedded structure, which is convenient for assembly and replacement.
