The stator and rotor of the motor is a part of the motor. The fixed part of the motor is called the stator, which is equipped with double static main magnets excited by DC. The rotating part (rotor rotor) is called synchronous motor core, which should be installed with synchronous motor windings. After the synchronous motor windings are plugged in, the induced current is used as the rotating magnetic field, and then the electromagnetic induction torque is converted. According to different electromagnetic coil winding shape and embedded wiring form, the stator winding can be divided into centralized type and distributed type.

Motor stator and rotor in the production of the situation, this is what caused it, next I'll tell you.

In the manufacturing process of motor stator and rotor, the degree of departure of stator and rotor is very random, which easily leads to inaccurate positioning after the stator is pressed into the frame, and the gap caused by the departure of rotor is superimposed, resulting in uneven stator and rotor after the whole mechanical installation.

For the stator and rotor of motor, because of the uniqueness of heat treatment, the silicon steel sheet of rotor will appear floating or bottom pot shape, resulting in large positioning error of rotor core and dislocation with stator.

There are two reasons for the step size deviation of stator core pressing and positioning or rotor core shaft positioning

1. When pressing the tire, the iron core positioning surface has spot welding or deformation protrusion.

2. There is no clear scale mark when the movable tire is pressed, and the rough marking is controlled by visual inspection. In this case, the stator and rotor displacement is significant, which will continue to cause the motor no-load current is too large. The scale fault of rotor core shaft positioning step is usually caused by not considering the parts stacked in each axis in the planning.

When there is axial magnetic pull and axial positioning planning is not proper, there may be superposition effect of stator and rotor positioning errors.

The above is the reason why the motor stator and rotor are uneven in the use process. In addition, the positioning error of the motor stator and rotor core horseshoe is equal to the increase of the axial dimension of the core caused by the horseshoe, and some of the dislocations fluctuate greatly. If this happens, it should be corrected in time.
