The core of Yuma stamping stepper motor adopts rotary lamination, which offsets the problem of the same plate difference on the material, and makes the parallelism, flatness, end face runout, rotor dynamic balance and other parameters of the product reach the customer's ideal effect.

At present, about 90000 sets of stepping motor cores are shipped every day, with an annual output of nearly 30 million sets of stator and rotor cores. At present, more than 100 customers have been using our stepping motor cores for a long time.

In the past 14 years, Yuma has been developing the stepping motor core continuously, exploring and improving the tooth shape and angle of the product, so as to improve the torque and handle of the stepping motor.

95% of Yuma's stamping servo products are block products, 70% are customized products, and 30% are our male molds, which can be sold. In terms of block products, our company has made many improvements in the past four years, from the original V-shaped riveting point to the round riveting point, which greatly improves the verticality of the products and the motor performance, On the basis of the original products, our engineers analyzed its shortcomings, analyzed the use environment of the motor, re developed and designed the iron core which is more suitable for multi environment and high power.

In a short period of two years, we have accumulated a lot of experience, developed special management and control methods for iron core production, and won the trust of more than 50 customers, such as Mitsubishi technology, MIG motor, Nachi motor, Xinjie electric, Kandi CNC, Shilin motor, Futian electric, Sanxie motor, etc.
