Motor stator and rotor core is a common anti-interference component in electronic circuits, which can well reduce high-frequency noise. It is usually made of ferrite materials. As everyone who has disassembled the motor knows, the motor is mainly composed of two parts, a fixed stator and a rotating rotor, as follows:

 

1. Stator (stationary part) stator core: an important part of motor magnetic circuit, on which stator winding is placed; Stator winding: it is the coil, the circuit part of the motor, which is connected to the power supply to generate a rotating magnetic field; Base: fix the stator core and motor end cover, and play the role of protection and heat dissipation;

 

2. Rotor (rotating part) rotor core: an important part of the magnetic circuit of the motor. The rotor winding is placed in the core slot; Rotor winding: cutting the stator rotating magnetic field, generating induced electromotive force and current, and forming electromagnetic torque to rotate the motor;

 

Performance characteristics of stator and rotor iron core:

 

1. The saturation magnetic induction intensity of motor stator and rotor iron core is very high, which is conducive to the selection of high working magnetic induction point.

 

2. The stator and rotor core with low coercivity and high initial permeability can reduce the working current of leakage switch.

 

3. The high permeability of motor stator and rotor iron core greatly improves the accuracy of transformer and reduces the ratio difference.

 

4. The stator and rotor iron core of motor with light weight and low cost is obviously better than permalloy.

 

5. The stator and rotor iron core of the motor has good overload resistance and good temperature stability. It can work for a long time at 55-130 ℃.
